To all TOA members
It is
with the deepest of regret and sadness that I must pass
on the news that Allan Waters passed away on Monday the
30th March. I’m afraid little is known as to
why this took place only that he died at home. Our
thoughts are without question with Angie, Allans family,
friends and colleagues at this most difficult of times.
The TOA AGM at Hove Town Hall
in Brighton and Hove
next week on the 9th of April will still be

At this
moment I feel words are somehow not enough…..
I will
leave each of you to remember Allan in your own way. We
will be updating the website in due course with any
further information as and when appropriate to do so.
